Surface glass railing
In the implementation of surface glass railings, it is very important that the flooring steps be performed before starting the installation and execution work. The profiles used are u-shaped. And the aluminum used is 6063 hard alloy. The height of the profiles is 20 to 25 cm and they are made in widths of 20 to 30 cm. An electrostatic paint layer is applied to the aluminum profile as a cover.
When the flooring is finished, the profiles are installed and executed at a distance of 35 cm from the floor. And then the glass panels are installed and finally an aluminum cover is placed on the profiles, thus bringing a uniform and beautiful appearance.
The glass used in this model is Securite and laminated glass railings and its thickness is 16 to 20 mm. The handles are made of 304 steel and aluminum, which is U-shaped and circular.
